All orders are processed from our shop in Crete, Nebraska and you can expect your package to ship within 3-5 business days. During the busy season or store wide sales, your order will ship within 5-7 business days. Delivery times are determined by the mail carrier and can vary based on delivery address.  If delivery time is longer than originally estimated, george + maeve is not responsible for the delays.

george + maeve is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and are unable to replace the items. We will try to help figure out where the package is, but unfortunately this issue is the responsibility of the mail carrier.  If an item arrives damaged, please photograph the original packaging, the damaged item, and send the pictures to [email protected].  We will submit the claim to the mail carrier.
